I deleted the Title Block to get rid of the first row in the spreadsheet, but you pointed me in the right direction to look. The "Relative Cell Position" was the KEY from your example, and unchecking some boxes like "Delete Title Block", and unchecking "Show Page Header" and "Show Page Footer" gave me the results I wanted. A nice clean COPY/PASTE from the spreadsheet with no extra rows to mess around with.
