Custom Android Agentry Client Error

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a custom Android agentry client, I'm using SDK3 SP11 PL03. I have followed Bill's steps in this post Install - SAP Mobile Platform Agentry OpenUI for Android Project Setup but after everything has been done I get the following error.

Project has no project.properties file! Edit the project properties to set one. AgentryAndroidClientSolution

I did check the Project and it does not have a properties file, should I create one and what would I put in it?
