Re: SAP CRM service request business context activating

Hi Kapil - I have looked to the links which you have provided but unable to get what i was looking for, i am trying to activate the business context assignment block, therefore i have activated the business function. now is there any configuration required to activate the business context in service request.

i want to get the view of service notification or work order in the business context.

i hope i am making sense, kindly advise.
