There are two type of CO object in sap.Please check below link

Account Assignment of Controlling Objects - Controlling (CO) - SAP Library

So statistical order is used for information purpose only even you can not do settlement of these orders.

For posting you need real CO object.

In your case you can post value with statistical order with any t code.

So Try to post with Real Order in KB11N

You can see statistical order tick in control data tab of your internal order.
