Ledger level restriction while making entries

Hi All, can any one help if this is possible, we want to restrict people to make entries to only one ledger in a company code and they should not be able to post to other ledgers. Like they should post to CL (Cash Ledger) but not to 0L (Leading Ledger) using FB50, F-53, F-28, FB60.

We are able to restrict using auth object F_FAGL_LDR when i enter CL and allow to make entries to CL only using FB50L and chose the ledger but when using FB50 it does not allow to chose ledger and it system posts to 0L.
