That may be what the docs say, but it doesn't reflect what I (we) see..
At least on the surface.
Right now, I have a whole lot of successful Crystal instances and one failure in Instance Manager.
However, the Adaptive Job server shows 108 Received Job Requests and 78 Failed Job Creations.
Either Instance Manager is incorrect or these metrics are.
Or the numbers don't mean what we think they do........
