The bookmarking option that people use today in the current SCN will go away when the new community is launched on Oct. 10th, so people need to preserve them somehow in a text file, word doc, browser bookmarks, or some other option.
The new SCN will not have any bookmark option, so you will need to come up with a solution that works best for you. A file based approach, or something online like https://flipboard.com/ or https://www.symbaloo.com
