Hi Experts,
I've worked on a SF implementation project with my present client spanning across configurations, interfaces etc. I am not basically coming from HR background but have a very good insight on SF now and have completed 3 associate certs as well in EC, Succession Planning, PM-GM area.
I wonder how the big implementation partners interview SF consultants to join their team. How does the usual questions for assessment looks like? To me, the product EC looked very straight forward except there are some challenges here and there but that's there for every product. What are the usual interview questions around EC they could ask to gauge your experience level? Any help is appreciated.
