Does that mean you already have 2 landscape, one for Projects and one for Production support? And you are planning only to upgrade the Production support landscape and not the Project landscape?
In my reply I was referring to a new Project landscape (D & Q) for the Upgrade project, that's what normally is done in such version upgrade projects.
