Country code is not valid

Hi all,

We are doing standard SAP employee replication from successfactors to SAP via HCI.We are processing input xml file which runs through standard webservice to create employee in SAP.

We have done all config ,created valid data in successfactors . But,when we are processing the file in SAP,we are getting the error log in SLG1 as " country code is not valid". Can anyone please give some pointers of what could be the issue?
