Access to General Settings by Limited Fin / Logistics user

Hi,

A limited financial user in SBO 8.82 (PL10) is unable to access General settings under system initialization even though they are granted full authorization.  However, in SBO 9.1, a limited financial user is able to access General Settings and do user specific settings like font size, skin colour/style, Lanugage etc.

I am wondering whether this is an 8.82 problem since a user with the right authorization should be able to do those user specific things in General Settings.
