G/L Account creation leads to system crash

Hi experts,

We try to add a G/L Account manually, through “Edit Chart of Accounts”.

As soon as we press the add button, server’s CPU reach each maximum capacity and the whole system crashes.

We have faced the same issue from both server and client side.

We are using SAP Business One 9.0 (9.00.056) PL: 04

Has anyone faced the same issue before?
