I too am experiencing the same SAINT errors when applying the Fiori Apps for NW 740.
I see that the SAP released SPAM/SAINT update 52 for NW 740 on 23.01.14 (yesterday), which I have applied.......
Now instead of receiving an error regarding missing components IW_BEP , UI2_SRVC etc., SAINT informs that the components are already retrofitted into SAP_UI rel. 740. At this stage I'm still unable to define the installation queue.
FYI, it might be worth monitoring SAP_GWFND 740 Conflict between add-on GW_CORE 200 - For FIORI Apps as it appears to be a similar issue
