Hi Kiran,
Profile matchup is nothing but the comparison of the Qualification required for a particular position against the qualification possessed by the employee.
So as the meaning clearly mentions that the qualifications held by the employee is different but when you do the profile match up it would refer to the qualifications assigned to the position or job held by the particular employee if nothing is assigned then it would reflect as 0/0 only.
