Hi Veera,
The user profile must be of type FIM Auditor.
Such user role is able to see deleted FIM jobs for Audit purpose.
If you connect with a Business User for example, he won't be able to see deleted jobs.
Please note that FIM jobs are not physically deleted from the database.
