Already checked mentioned KBA, The error messages (symptom) mentioned is not relevant here.
I got 2 TRs which were modifiable as prompt just before this phase and I released both TRs.
Also there are no locked objects, modifiable TRs or inactive objects in the system.
The error mentioned is exactly same as per blog EHP6 upgrade stuck in phase MAIN_INIT/REPACHK_CLONE
But I am not getting how DIR_PUT would be relevant as resolution mentioned in this blog.
